I recently stayed at a hotel in Malbork for a few nights for business purposes. The staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a lovely bathroom. The hotel has a small but fantastic menu, with generous portions and delicious meals at great prices. Despite the exterior renovation, it was not loud at all. it was amazing value for the money, and if I'm ever in the area again, I would definitely stay there.
Would recommend this hotel.

Clean, cheap hotel with a "tasty" kitchen, cosy interior
not so modern, you can feel an old, soviet spirit.

The appearance and style is right out of the communist era, but the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the food in the restaurant was very good.

Not bad location, good staff - answered all questions about things worth to see nearby.
Wifi internet does not work in 214 room, we should go near reception to use it. Old style (soviet times) hotel, minimum of comfort, no fridge in the room. 14 pln for parking additionally (not included in the room price).

They had cottage cheese as breakfast
The hotel was old-fashioned (everything in the room looked very shabby). There was a young, sick kitten walked around at breakfast room when we were eating (it had an eye infection), was unhygienic. The place is quite far from city centre, 20 min by foot.
